O-Hi-O

Q: What is shaped like this?

 Grows a lot of this?

Is named the "Buckeye State"?

 Is located right about there?

And apparently, has cute little Amish children?

A: Our next home state!

Aaron is being transferred to the Dannon Plant in Minster, Ohio as their new Engineering Director.  Every move is hard and this one is especially so.  We love our little spot here in Utah, and love having family only a day's drive away.  So why move???

We're always up for a new adventure, but most importantly Aaron's new job requires A LOT LESS TRAVEL than what he does now.  The kids will have their daddy back and my days as a single mother will be behind me.  We feel so blessed, and secretly terrified!

We hope eventually we'll be...

Our moving history so far looks like this....
Our first place as newlyweds was in Pullman Washington then to Alexandria Virginia then back to Pullman Washington and then to Culpeper Virginia and then to Albion Washington and then to Boise Idaho and then another move into our first house in Boise Idaho and then we moved to Herriman Utah and now we're headed to St. Marys Ohio...phew!

Sam and Kaeli were both born in Washington.
Rylie and Sara were both born in Idaho.
And Violet is our Utah baby.

According to folklore, the Buckeye resembles the eye of a deer and carrying one brings good luck. "Buckeyes" has been the official Ohio State nickname since 1950, but it had been in common use for many years before.
